We only accept exchanges if there’s a valid issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, a size mismatch, or a manufacturing defect. If your order is correct and delivered as promised, all sales are final.

• No visible signs of use or damage

• Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps
• Exchanges depend on stock availability
